After I bought it, I reached out for help and felt kind of trapped. The replies took forever, and when they did respond, it didnāt really fix anything. I kept going in circles without a clear solution, which was frustrating

"Decent Support, Just a Bit Slow"
I got a reply the next day, which wasnāt awful... just a little slower than I was expecting. Once they did get back to me, the help was fine. Not amazing, not bad either, just okay overall

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Iām not even sure if it was a few days or closer to a couple weeks because the timing felt kind of unclear, but it definitely wasnāt quick. Glad it was resolved, just wish the process had been smoother

"Pretty easy checkout, honestly"
Checkout was easy enough, honestly. I found what I needed fast, which was nice because I hate digging around forever, and then paying was quick too. No weird glitches or anything popping up at the last second. Oh, and the order email came through basically right away, so that was reassuring. Overall, smooth.

I did spend a while comparing everything, but I guess having too many options is a decent problem to have. Wouldāve been 5 stars if the filtering was a little easier to use, but apparently I needed to work for it...

I grabbed an open-box item from Safe and Sound HQ and it showed up in nicer condition than I expected. Compared to other open-box stuff Iāve bought before, this was definitely on the cleaner side. The box had a little wear, but the gear itself looked great and worked without any issues. Price felt fair too, so Iām happy with it.

"It helped, but not without some frustration"
It did help me eventually, but i feel like a lot of the struggle was on them. The instructions werenāt as clear as they shouldāve been, so I ended up wasting time figuring things out myself. In the end, it worked, but it couldāve been a much smoother experience.

"Shipping was a little slower than I hoped"
I ordered from safeandsoundhq.com and the item did arrive in good shape, so that part was fine. I was just kind of impatient and a little annoyed because shipping took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal or anything, just felt a bit slow. Iād probably order again, but only if Iām not in a rush.

I had to return something I ordered from safeandsoundhq, and overall it went smoothly. It took a little longer than I expected to get the return details, but once they got back to me, the instructions were easy enough to follow. The refund came through after they received the item, not lightning fast, but about the same as what Iāve dealt with from a lot of other online stores. Iād order from them again, though I do think the return process could be just a bit quicker.

I was stuck during setup, but their install guidance pointed me in the right direction quickly. I did have to read a couple sections twice, mostly because I like to spot the pattern before I trust what Iām doing, but once it clicked, everything worked fine with my setup
